Wintech PRO6500HR (HiREZ) Optical Engine
Ultra-High Resolution Modular Light Engine for Fine 3D Printing, Lithography, and Microscopy Applications
Utilizing the PRO6500 chassis and drive electronics, Wintech has developed an ultra-high resolution scalable light engine for high definition small build area 3D Printing, lithography, and confocal microscopy applications.
The PRO6500HR light engine utilizes the TI DLP6500 DMD and is available in various light sources and wavelength configurations. The light engine can be used with either fiber or LED illumination. For LED illumination, Luminus LEDs are used and the PRO6500HR can accept CBT120, CBM120, and PT54 LEDs which provide wavelengths from 385-613nm.
Ultra-high resolution is achieved by using off the shelf microscope objectives and the PRO6500HR can provide resolutions from 0.5um to 10um. The PRO6500HR still utilizes an all glass telecentric (0% offset) optical architecture as found in all of Wintech's PRO-series light engines. Thermal management is provided by heat piping and a fan, if LED illumination is chosen. Various configurations are available beyond those listed in the table below.
